For both Men and Woman who are either new to fitness, or want to get back into exercising and need a challenge that eases you in, this Beginner program is perfect for you!
We start the challenge every Monday with an email every day for 21 days that contains a link to a video of Samantha in which you'll follow along with and exercise to, all within the comfort of your own home.
Emails with links to Samantha's videos will be sent you at 5am every morning for 21 days. You can follow along at any time convenient to you throughout the day.
